Cancellation Policy:

Same-day cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee. Failure to call or show up for an appointment will result in a 100% charge. Credit card information is required at the time of booking and will be securely held on file to reserve future appointments.

Late Policy:

If you arrive more than 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate our other clients and maintain our schedule. We strive to provide each client with the full, dedicated time they deserve, and arriving late can impact the quality of service for both you and others. If you think you may be running late, please give us a call as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to adjust, but your prompt communication is appreciated to help us minimize disruptions for all our valued clients.

Refund/Return Policy:

We do not offer refunds for services or products. If you are not satisfied with a service that you received, please notify us within 24 hours for all services.
